    In Woocommerce I use the currency switcher with 2 currencies. For events with the Event Manager, the event price is not converted, only the currency icon is replaced. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix the problem?

    I am sorry currently our plugin does not support multi-currency, right now it’s only changing the currency symbol not to amount. We are working on the issue I hope this feature will be available in the future.

    That’s not true – when you use the currency switcher in WooCommerce, you cannot use the plugin. What sense does it make, that the currency symbol is changed, but not the amount??

    Maybe you will make a new plugin with the fix and sell it for $ 99 ??

    Do I have a chance to get my money back? I cannot use the plugin..

    Thanks for your message, If you read the reply just above your reply where I clearly mentioned

    Then you will get the answer, the Multi-Currency is not woo-commerce Payment Gateway. It’s just a 3rd party plugin to add multiple currency features into woo-commerce products. As our event does not assign as woocommerce product there is some limitation to support multi-currency plugin, we are working on it to get a solution.

    For the PRO related issue please open a ticket in the pro support forum, I hope you will get your money related solution quickly, we only provided WooCommerce Event Manager Basic plugin support here.
