    theme options -> general -> Custom Stylesheet

    Hi sharagrad. The css you posted should change the background of your site around the outside of the main content area. What specifically are you trying to change?

    Sure, you could do that. The css you originally posted does work. You’d need to use something like Firebug or Google Developer Tools to identify the specific elements you want to change, and then apply the css like you showed in your original post.
