    Hello,

I performed a quick search but unfortunately yielded no results. Basically I need help with displaying different content based on whether a user, a registered member or an administrator/staff member is viewing a page.

The reason for this is I would like to only display ‘Sponsored Links’ advertisements to guests (you can see what I mean by visiting my site via my username). However, I wouldn’t mind knowing how to hide it for just administrators as well, should I ever need it.

I haven’t found any plugins available which will accomplish this so I’m guessing I could use some code to do the trick. Sadly, me being rather new to both WordPress and PHP coding in general – doesn’t help all that much.

I hope I was able to explain my dilemma clearly enough. I really would appreciate any help that there is available; thank you very much in advance.

    Merry Christmas, ??
    Steve

Edit: I came across this in a recent search; if anyone could elaborate on how this is done as well I would be eternally grateful.
