Yes, you can redirect your users to different confirmation pages after they successfully sign-up on the form.

You can change that on the form editor by going to “After submit…” and checking “Go to page”. Then you can select a different page for each form.

Thank you for your answer, but I’m talking about a different page. I have doble opptin so the end user receives an email to confirm his/her subscription and once he clic in the email he is sent to another page to confirm that he is already in the list. I’m talking about the subscription confirmation.
