Different Color Overlay in Chrome vs. Firefox

I was trying to remove the overlay on the photo on the homepage. I was able to find this in the Editor and lower the strength of the overlay but it only shows up in web browsers other than Chrome. Now in Chrome, there is a weird, gray overlay. Any ideas on how to fix this?
