Different channels/categories

Hi, i am a php developer and i have to create 4 feed campaigns (take feeds from 4 sources) and display on 4 different sections on a website.

I have created a custom post type to keep them separate from blog posts + taxonomies for this CPT.

The problem is that these taxonomies (categories) of custom post type does not appear in right sidebar when create a new rss campaign.

Which is the best approach to display feeds by category on different sections of the site?
