Different canonicals

Hi
I submitted my sitemap to Google but it has come up with the homepage not been able to be index as it is duplicated.
However the canonical it is showing belongs to a different website!
User-declared canonical
https://www.director-payroll.co.uk/
Google-selected canonical
info
https://ncconfederatemonuments.org/
As a result the page is not been indexed.

For https://www.director-payroll.co.uk/, the canonical URL output is:
<link rel="canonical" href="https://www.director-payroll.co.uk/" />That’s the correct and expected canonical URL; I don’t see https://ncconfederatemonuments.org/ anywhere. Can you share a screenshot of the Google Search Console notification? You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.
