Different Cannot modify header askimet error

    Hi, I’m getting the error:
    <pre>Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/****/****/ttancm.com/wp-admin/menu-header.php:49) in /home/****/****/ttancm.com/wp-includes/pluggable-functions.php on line 272</pre>(paths edited out)
    whenever I use the “delete all” button to delete all the spam Askimet has caught.

    I’m not sure if this error pops up anywhere else (it doesn’t show up when posting or using the”De-Spam Marked Comments” button in Askimet), at the present time it only shows up when using the delete all button in Askimet.

    I’ve looked over other posts on similar topics and checked line 49 in menu-header.php but I can’t find a problem (it’s possible I am overlooking something though).

    Everything works (as far as I can tell), it’s just everytime I delete the spam I get this message and have to click on a menu item to get rid of it.

    I have recently installed (and removed) a few plugins, but I have tried with those plugins removed and the problem still remains.

    Any suggestions?

    A little bit of an update on this.

    I went through and compared the menu-header.php to an older version from a backup. The content is identical (including white space, returns, etc. I compared the two character by character), even though for some reason the file size varies slightly.

    Tinkering with things in the problem file has still yielded no results, so I overwrote it with the backup file. Try the delete all button in Akismet again and exact same error. I have actually overwritten the page with a backup, which had no problems what so ever, and I still get the error.

    Just installed a newer version of Akismet that was packaged yesterday (Jan. 14, 2007) and that has fixed the problem.

    An unannounced error or problem maybe, since this began after updating Akismet and only seemed to affect it?
