    Hello,

Is it possible to show different call to actions in different languages on a multi-language website? Currently, we can only display one version of this message, and we’d like to show this message in other languages for our customers in other countries. Thank you in advance!

If your multi-language site works with WPML or Polylang you can translate Joinchat settings.

In Joinchat page when saving the changes of some configuration that is translatable, a direct link appears to translate those strings.

Mark as solved. Please, reopen it if need more help.

Sorry I have the same problem but I am only offered the header and button text to be translatable. The other fields are not showing up

The fields so that they can be translated must be filled in. Saving Joinchat settings registers the strings for translation. Please make sure they have text entered and it is not the sample placeholder.

Hello I put text in them but still only the two fields appear for translation: the header and button text

Can you try changing those texts to force it to register the new strings?

What’s your multi-language plugin? WPML or Polylang?

I tried but still the call to action doesnt show the field to get translated in wpml.
