different between scanning

hi,

i scanned my site with yours security plugin, and its say its clean, when i scan with wordfence there is a lot of malicious files, i asked the hosting company (namecheap.com) to do a scan too, and they find a lot of malicious files (not virus).

I am using your paid version of security. (and antispam too)
