Different backgrounds for Home page, other pages & posts

VIRTUE is a fantastic Theme, lots of easy-to-tweak backend theme options. kudos! The only issue I’m running into is >>

– I’ve got an image background for the Home page (which i’ve done by applying a background image to the Body) but I don’t want an image bkgrnd for the Posts, because then the text isn’t readable. However the background selections appear to be site-wide unless there’s something I’m missing. Ideally I’d like to be able to apply different backgrounds for different pages, with posts always having a white background.

I’m using the free version, so just looking for guidance as to whether this requires some CSS hacking, a Plugin, or the PRO version.
