Differences in look and options between domains

I’m migrating WP multisite to another domain. All is well but I noticed that the look and the options of customizr differ between sites
I cannot explain it, since:
– both sites share the same files
– both sites are on the same server
– both sites share the same base mysql database, the only difference is the domain
– new site was updated today with fresh files and database, all should be identical
– there are small php parameters differences between virtual servers, but they shouldn’t matter
– on new site there is an additional plugin better search-replace, shouldn’t matterThe problem is: I want to make new site look identical and yet I can’t. It may be not just customizr that play role here but in this topic let’s focus on customizr options alone.
Here are the screens of the sites, the only difference should be domain, yet aside look, the whole sections of customizr options are different. Why? And how can I make it the same across sites (preferably the new site should gain options of the old site):
