I am new to WordPress and I am quite confused about what are the difference between freeware and free hosted WordPress.

If you have a question regarding WordPress.com then please post it on WordPress.com’s forums https://en.forums.wordpress.com

The differences between Automattic’s commercial WordPress.com product (which is free but with paid services available), and the free WordPress software (available from www.remarpro.com to install on your own hosting) are outlined at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

This also might help a bit here:

To get started with WordPress, set it up on a [paid] web host for the most flexibility or get a free account on WordPress.com.

One thing that seldom gets mentioned, however, is the matter of the user being responsible for security at his or her own self-hosted site where wordpress.com takes care of that for everyone. So, do not jump to self-hosted just to be able to add plugins or a specific theme without also understanding how quickly and easily your new site can be intruded or hacked if you are not willing and able to learn to be your new site’s webmaster and place security first on your new list of things to be done.

Now its clearer, not only the difference between the freeware and free hosted, instead the difference of WordPress.com and www.remarpro.com.
    Many thanks guys!
