difference in sending message

    Hello,
    if the customer types a message and klicks the arrow to send the message in the webapp, then whatsapp web will openend.
    If the customer hits enter after the messagetext with his mobile, the wahtsapp app is opening on the mobile.

    Why is there a difference and how to tell the customer ?

    Hello @mkouqz

    On mobile devices, the plugin redirects users to api.whatsapp.com, because it detects if the user have the app installed

    I’m afraid the behavior after this redirect depends on WhatsApp and we can’t do anything to change it
