Difference in Database Size

The WP Migrate DB exported database is showing as 315kb but the database backup I downloaded straight from cPanel is showing 424kb. What’s with the significant difference in file size. I’m worried something important got left behind. I imported to the new server and it appears to be working fine, but 25% difference in size is alarming. Both files are gzip files so compression isn’t the answer. I also already used WP Optimize to delete all transients, spam, and drafts so that isn’t the answer either.
