    What i need is:

    I want to add shipping per weight included countries:

    3) I add the weight to products right?

    4) I configure in your plugin: 5kg is 10 dollar shipping, 10 kg is 20 dollar shipping right?

    5) What if i send to some countries that have for example: 5kg is 30 dollar, 10 kg is 40 dollar. Is that possible too? To configure per country?

    Codecanyon version is the latest version of this plugin having better UI and supporting targeting states (free version does only support countries).

    Tree Table Rate Shipping is an advanced shipping plugin supporting weight-based shipping as well as many other features. You can find more info on its respective site.

    Yep, you have to define product weight before using weight-based shipping.

    Yes, you set up flat fees for specified weight ranges. You can also define progressive rate, e.g. $3 for each 1 kg.

    You can create specific rules for different countrie/states.
