Difference between Signal and Lead

  • Hey Guys!

    We’ve recently swapped to your plugin after having some issues with our old pixel implementation.

    After that change we are no longer seeing server side “lead” events firing.

    I ran a few different tests and in all of my tests I only see the “Signal” event fire in both the server and the browser.

    I do always see the “Lead” event fire over the browser when I submit that form, but it does not fire via the server.

    Is there a way we can restore the “Lead” event via the server using the PixelYourSite plugin?

    Hello,

    It probably means that the event is configured outside our plugin.

    You need to remove all external events and configure them using our plugin only. Go to our Events page and add events there, please.
