Difference between save and publich ?

When you choose save it shoulnd’t be publishing it so your guest shouldn’t be able to see it. You will be able to preview it in your admin panel or outside the panel on your blog if you know the exact url to it.

But if I choose save and check publich, then the post is publich. So it seems to me that If I choose save, I also must be aware of the checbox status.

Yes, doing that will also publish it.

Whether a post is published or not is just a flag on the post. If it’s flagged as published, then it displays on the blog. If not, then it doesn’t. Simple as that, really.

The Publish button is basically a shortcut to both switch the post to published and save it in one step.

But you don’t really need to be aware of the radiobox status, because the only way it’ll be “Published” is if a) you changed it to that or b) it was already published and you’re editing an existing post. Best to just hide that one entirely and only expand it when you need it. If you want to unpublish a post, for example, you’d do it there.

that’s right. As well, if you’ve already published something and you update it and click save, your modifications will be published. Always review your post-status check boxes. You can alwasy take a post down by checking draft if you accidentally post, although the feed will have been pinged out if you’re using the auto-pinger for new posts.
