difference between general settings and idle behavior?

    i cannot understand the difference between the two sets of settings.

    if i set general settings to 30 seconds and then set idle behavior to 20 seconds for subscriber role, i assume the 20 seconds takes precedence. but if i had 40 seconds for subscriber role, what is the general setting for, and if it takes priority (if shorter time) then where does it redirect to since there’s no setting?

  • Hello bitkahuna,

    Here you need to know that general setting is just as fallback time period. If anyone, by any mistake forget to set the time for individual user role, then the time from general setting is taken. Otherwise, the time for individual role is taken by the system.
