    Hello there!

I have watched all the videos and read all FAQ’s, but I can’t get my head around the following.

For Automatic Plugin Updates and Automatic Theme Updates what is the difference in functionality between ‘Default’ and ‘Disabled’. From how I see it:

Enabled: ALL plugins/themes are automatically updated
Disabled: NO plugins/themes are automatically updated
Default: the WordPress default, which is that nothing updates automatically at at all (!?)

So what is the difference between the ‘Default’ and ‘Disabled’ option?

Looking forward to your reply. Thanks!

The difference between ‘Default’ and ‘Disabled’ is basically what you said. Disable is NO plugins/themes are automatically updated. Default is the WordPress default settings. But this could also work if you are setting automatic updates somewhere else. For example if I have another plugin install that automatically updates all plugin and themes, if I wanted that to do it instead of Easy Updates Manager then you would set this setting to ‘Default’.

Hopefully that makes sense. ‘Disable’ stops all automatic updates. ‘Default’ does nothing to automatic updates.

Thanks for your prompt reply and help, Matthew.

So basically in “Default” the plugin is not doing anything, and relies how updating stuff used to be.

    Got it! ??

    Yup!
Thanks for using Easy Updates Manager!
