difference between Cloud-only and the other version

The cloud-only version contains none of the binaries for doing local optimization, so it is much more lightweight, and some hosting companies prefer it because there are zero calls to the exec() function in the cloud-only version. The regular version lets you mix local/cloud optimization for different image types.
If you’re using our API for all image types, then they are functionally equivalent.
