Diff between WordPress and nginx groups .

Hello,
great plugins, very helpfull.

But can you explain the difference between set a redirection group on wordpress or on nginx (i’m on one). Did that do the work and transfer the redirection on nginx config. file or it’s just a way to classified them, but didn’t do nothing more ?
