• I paid for the premium version, but couldn’t get the plugin to function properly. The author first tried to blame another plugin. Then he essentially told me it was not his problem, and refused to give me a refund. Definitely disappointed.

    1. There is active support as long as it concerns the plugin itself, even for the free version
    2. I cannot fix problems in other plugins/other themes/WordPress itself
    3. You had the opportunity to test the free version of the plugin first
    4. The terms and conditions are clear about refunds (see also #3)

    I understand that you are disappointed and I am sorry I couldn’t help you with the problems you have.
