Didn’t work – poor customer service

This plugin won’t work with my WooCommerce store. I was able to connect my website successfully but received error messages when trying to import products. Customer service was not very helpful, and I tried a lot of troubleshooting, including deactivating the fire wall and cache plugins.
I was unable to fix the issue, so I have now deactivated the plugin. Very disappointing ??
