    Hi @blittlecanada,

Our support team tried to fix issues with your site but it came out as your theme was the conflict as it was a custom built and we don’t provide support for custom built themes. The issue was persisting only on your side we tested and couldn’t find any issue it was a machine specific or your theme specific conflict. None of our users have faced the issue that you were facing and also your site was using too many plugins so we couldn’t detect which plugin was conflicting as you didn’t provided access to your site plus the staging version was just a clone made from updraft not a proper domain site where we can edit the plugin. Moreover, you were having conflict with our pro version and your refund has already been processed.
