Didn’t work and no support for premium customer

  • I exported a GED file from Ancestry and was able to import it using this plugin but it didn’t create a useable chart.

    I only remembered I had this because they sent a renewal email, thankfully. I tested it one last time, same result, so I canceled. I never heard from their support team.

    Support just responded. For another $23, I can install an additional plugin to display a family tree.

    The whole point of paying the original $46 was to display a tree.
