Didn’t send all email

    hi, team, I installed the plugin (free version) and it also sends emails for abandoned carts. But I found the email numbers can not match the cart numbers. There are more 110 abandonted carts are recorded by the dashborad. And only 5 emails are sent. Is this right?

    Hi @lindaliu1979

    Thanks for reaching out. So CartBounty is going to send reminder emails only about those abandoned carts that have an email address. Anonymous shopping carts are unreachable as the customer has not provided his / her email or phone number.
