    Hii Ian,
    I have tried this method for user and administrator but this didn’t work for as I was unable to received password change email on newly registered email id from database.

    please anyone from support team please help me with this. It’s almost 2 weeks I’m not being able to change user’s email id with verification email.

    And if changed it from database then I don’t receives password change link on that email id.

    Is there any other method I can try apart from changing email address from database.
