Didn’t receive any email notification for private reply

  • Hi,

    I am using this great plugin for my site. Everything is ok only problem is I didn’t receive any email for private reply.

    As I am the admin of the site, there must be option to receive email notifications for the private reply.

    Hi,
    Thanks for contacting DesignWall,

    Currently, there are no specific options to turn on notifications for private answers.
    You need to turn on notifications from back end to allow emails sent when there are questions, answers or comments. This is mutual options for all.
