Didn’t get an email notification on reply of a suscribed topic

  • I checked everything from spam to deleted or all the other sections in gmail, I’m just puzzled. Does it happens sometimes or is it normal?

  • Hi @snippet24 ,

    Please check if you are getting other email notifications. If you are not getting any email notifications, then it’s a problem with your SMTP server. You can configure it setting up using any SMTP plugin of wordpress.

    If it is just about posting a reply notification, then I will suggest to check with default theme and keeping all the plugins deactivated.

    I’m not getting any from WordPress forums, for example didn′t get any notice regarding your reply.

    Yeah I realized I wasn’t very clear sorry about it. It is checked so is weird.

    Yes, oddly I posted on 3 topics yesterday and only received the email notification for one.
