Did you fix the WP options mysql db performance related issues?

    I checked the latest change log and could not find any documentation about fixes regarding the WP options database Issues that were affecting WordPress performance and triggering warnings in the site health on the dashboard of WordPress. Did see some back and forth between the devs and other users regarding this topic and wondering if you have done anything to resolve them yet if so please link to the documentation about what was fixed and how it will improve performance regarding the queries to the database etc.
