Did the Topics to Posts conversion get added to the plugin?

I’ve been looking for the functionality to convert BBPress Topics and Replies to core Posts and Comments as discussed in this previous closed support thread.

That thread says that this functionality was going to be implemented in BBPress Move Topics v1.1.2, but it doesn’t appear as if that version ever got released?
I’ve installed BBPress Move Topics to my site but can’t find any options to convert Topics to Posts or replies to comments.
