    Thank you for your feedback, and sorry for the issue.

    The default server listed in the settings seems to be having a problem. If you have the patience you could setup your own server, but I doubt you’d want to invest the time to do this.

    The plug-in is in the process of being upgraded to use a different backend based on BCHD full node instead of the current SLP data sources. Please be patient while we complete the upgrade, and keep an eye out for a new release.

    Can you tell us what you have entered as your TokenID in WP admin?
    It seems to me tokenID is empty. We should probably show a big red warning then.

    The API call should be https://rest.bitcoin.com/v2/slp/balance/{address}/{tokenID}
    and tokenID is an empty string in your case.

    Also as James just said we will switch to a new faster API soon.

    edit: changing the token ID only affects orders created afterwards. So you have to create a new order to test it (the older order will stay with the the old token ID which is an empty string)

    edit2: there already is a warning warning on top in WP admin when token ID is empty. You likely edited your token config so that token ID is for another token than the ticker symol you entered in WP admin.
    A screenshot would be very helpful ??

    We are now using BCHD as full node (instead of rest.bitcoin.com) so the issue is resolved.
    Please ensure you upgrade to v1.2.61 (or later) and feel free to open a new ticket if you have any more questions.
