Did not work

  • The Pro version of the plugin listed all of the features that I needed so I installed the free version to test for quality and ease of use before deciding to purchase.

    Unfortunately, the free plugin did not deliver. The test upload didn’t work, I made it as far as selecting a file but nothing happened after that. No errors, no loading spinners, nothing.

    While I could have sought out support from the developer, this was not a good first impression and time is money so I chose to implement a different solution for file uploads for my website.

    Hi there, this plugin has been under heavy development for more than 4 years, trying to cover most user needs. However, the multitude of WordPress themes, security / caching settings and web server configurations some times affects its operation.

    In this respect, I always provide support to users who have problems, trying to make the plugin as widely working as possible.

    So, I would appreciate if you told me what is the problem, respecting your time of course.

    Just an observation. The time spent by @bandora writing up this review this same time could have been spent constructively contacting @nickboss about a solution and not only having the problem resolved for @bandora but might have helped other people with the same issue as well.
