    Regarding your concern “I tried this plugin, tried to replace a name in all my pages, no results.”
    -> Please make sure this plugin used case sensitive word and blank space calculated.
    Please check another time. I hope this will work for you.

    I simply put:
    replace
    Alliance Medical Supplement
    with
    Alliance Health Supplement

    and nothing changed.
    I do not know what you mean by blank space calculated.

    Can you please provide us screenshot how you can used this plugin display.
    Please make sure to select with page and post where you wan’t to replace.
    Example,
    Find : Alliance Medical Supplement
    Replace : Alliance Health Supplement
    Select post or page

    Not sure why this happened with you.
