did not restore anything

    I did all the restore process but it didn’t work. Updrafplus runs everything successfully, but when reloading the site only the database was installed, no plugins, themes and others. It is not giving any error during the process.
    I don’t know if it’s safe to send the LOG here, but I have it available for support.

    Due to WP rules we have to conduct all discussion relating to the free plugin here (we are not allowed to accept logs through our Premium channel, we don’t like this either!)

    Having looked at your site, it looks like you actually have your DB, Themes and Plugins. Can you try restoring just your Uploads?

    It’s new hosting on new server, clean install. I installed WP and after the Updrafplus plugin, I downloaded the recent backups and did the restore. He did the whole process and reported success.
    The blog articles were restored, the images were not just whiteboards, the plugins and themes are in the database but do not load on the site. I cleared cookies and it didn’t help.
    I’m going to delete the DB and every directory and do a new clean install, to see if it will work.

    Here’s the step by step I did now. In the BD everything seems to be correct, but in the WP Admin it does not load plugins, themes and images. The site is disabled because of this.

    Do you have any information on the possible cause of the problems? I am really in need of website restoration.

    Hi,

    All your screenshots indicate that a full restoration was done.

    It shows that it is currently restoring the DB but has yet to restore the Plugins, themes, uploads and lastly your Others

    This one: https://snipboard.io/jCxQma.jpg. suggests it did get to your Others (which was last on the list). It Also says the restore completed successful

    These are left over after a restore, you should be able to see your Plugins, Themes, Uploads and our “Others” are the folders such as the “languages”. You have old folders for reach set of folders telling you that you have previously restored all of these.

    First, thanks for the help. I found the solution below, and it was also necessary to set the characters to utf8mb4. Everything worked.
