    I did not receive any email from Hide my Wp and I did not remember the new log in URL, MY Code, as well as other information. Now I cannot access to my wordpress. What can I do?

    Hi,

    We didn’t receive any email from you either. Are you talking about the free version of the plugin?

    Please note that the free version is not the same with the Code Canyon version.

    An easy way to resolve this is to rename the plugin folder and WordPress will not longer load the plugin on your website.
