did not get email with a link to confirm your subscription

  • Hi, when I try to follow this blog via e-mail and press the “follow” button I get a message “Thanks for subscribing! You’ll get an email with a link to confirm your subscription” but I do not receive any email (not anywhere in gmail including junk, spam etc)

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Are you the owner of https://dr-beuno.com? That appears to be a WordPress.com site. If yes, check if you’re already following it from https://wordpress.com/following/manage

    If you’re unable to resolve it, try posting in WordPress.com-specific support forum at https://wordpress.com/forums/forum/support/ (as WordPress.com is your hosting provider).

    In the meantime, give it a try with a different email address, check its inbox as well as spam.

    no, I’m not the owner – the only reason I opened a wordpress account is to get support, didint find another way…the problem is that my account on wordpress.com has been closed and I have no way of reopening it! it keeps sending me to reset my password and there telling me the acoount is deleted and to restore it – and so on….no way to get help!!

    You can try creating a new account as well – and for emails, like I mentioned, try a different email.

    Regardless – their support will be able to guide you better.
