Did I miss the article on embedding wordpress?

I already have my site developed, https://www.tylerparrott.com/index2.php , and am looking for an easy blogging client to embed into my about me page. Is word press able to do this for me? The majority of the applications and installation guides refer to creating your site through wordpress, which isn’t what I want to do. I also don’t want to simply host a link to go to my wordpress created blog.

If it is possible, is there any documentation on it?
