Did I Lock Myself Out of My Dashboard?

Here is a quick timeline of what happened.

1) Bought domain, recieved WP admin link, went to dashboard of new site
2) installed WP-hide login plugin (changes login away from default), and theme. I don’t think I activated the hide login plugin, and definitely did not attempt to change the login url manually.
3) changed url from http to https in General Settings
4) ^Realized I had done this before my ssl certificate was properly installed, and I was blocked by google from getting back to any of my dashboard pages
5) Got my host to properly install SSL
6) Now I am able to view my site as a visitor, however I get a 404 if I try to navigate back to any of the dashboard pages. The login link sent to my email does not work either.

Anyone have any ideas how I can get back to my dashboard?
