Did BCC Email Send?

How can I be sure that the BCC email sends? Is there a confirmation of some kind that I can access? I have a custom email that is set to send to the customer when an order moves from Pending to Completed, and I have included a BCC email address in the Recipient box. Emails sent to that BCC address are supposed to appear under the contact’s file in our CRM. However, when I tested it by purchasing a product on our website, I (the customer) received the email, but the BCC email didn’t appear in the CRM. I’m not sure how to know whether that means the email didn’t send correctly, or whether the CRM didn’t receive it correctly. Do you have any advice for me? Here is a screenshot of the email settings I’m referring to.

I have the box checked to send to the customer, which it did, but I’m not sure that it actually sent the BCC email in the Recipients box. Thanks!
