Sorry to hear you didn’t get the results you were expecting. We would love to look closer at your setup. Much of this will depend on how many images are already on your site and if they are pre-compressed and properly resized before uploading them. It looks like you haven’t opened a support ticket yet. It would be great to have the opportunity to look over how you tested and your site. We will be on the look out for your follow-up so we can check the system further and hopefully earn a better rating as this is uncharacteristic feedback from our other user’s experiences.
