Did a french translation

    Hi men,

    I did a french translation to your plugin. I did not know how to send it to you so I put it there on pastebin : https://pastebin.com/zaVYuSc3

    However, I have a little issue. I am a Multisite manager and I would like this french translation to automatically be set when a a new blog activate Simple Rating.

    Maybe name the translation file “fr_FR” and set it as default based on WordPress locale?

    Thanks to help me offer your plugin to my french userbase.

    Hello. Thank you for your translation.
    Hmmm, not bad idea actually. I will definitely look into setting default locale to one used by site (if available) upon activation starting from version 1.5.
    That said, please give me a way to contact you (email) since I’m currently working (bit lazily due to work load) on v1.5 and there will be few new strings added. Would be nice if I could include your translation in 1.5.

    Alright, just mail me at [email protected] and I’ll help you with the french translation.

    I am even gonna help you build an option so that the scores doesn’t load in AJAX on pageload.

    I would like to do a german translation as well.. Will be there the possibility in 1.5 and when it will be released?
