dictionary terms in code

When I have a dictionary word – in this case ‘bible’ and there is an iframe in a post to ‘http:\\bible.oremus.org\…’ the dictionary (I think since the last wordpress update) seeks to exercuteand so breaks the iframe.
Would it be possible for the plugin to ignore words embedded in iframes and hyperlinks, and other code.
