Dictation Plug Downloaded, now what?

I downloaded it, pulled it into my Applications folder, now what? I tried opening it, but I just get a bunch of folders. I don’t know which one to open or anything. And from the forum posts (unanswered) it looks as though even if I get it opened it won’t work
Any ideas on where I can get a compatible speech to text to work on my WordPress site from someone else that WILL work?
