Dicounted prices on email

    Hi guys
    i need some help.
    When i apply a coupon or discount, the price on my back end is shown in both actual and discounted value but the email customer gets only shows regular price and then at the end of invoice it says total then discount and final price.
    Its very confusing to some customers because they are not seeing actual discounted price per item.
    Also gets problematic when i have to refund an item for some reason, they want the full amount of the product mentioned on the email (which reflects full price) while they only paid a discounted price which they dont see.
    Any way to fix this issue where customer can see final discounted amount per item or both regualr and dicounted price per item.

    so this is an examplle of an order that has a discount code applied to it.
    It reduces the actual prices by 25% (coupon is for 25% off)
    on my screen you can see the actual price and discounted price

    but when you goto print this invoice or email this invoice the prices are shown as actual and on the bottom of the invoice it says discount and takes the total amount of discount off the total.
    If i have to go and refund a dead fish or bad item then people think they paid full price and want full price refund and they dont see the dicounted prices.
    How can we make it where the print invoice and emails show actual and dicounted prices. if not possible to display both then at least discounted price so there is no dispute on what customre paid.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshots. It seems you might be using a plugin on your site to generate the invoices as printable invoices isn’t a default WooCommerce feature.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can understand the setup better? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
