    Hi,

    I have programmed intents and follow up intents in dialogflow and have tried to import to the chatbot, but it is not displaying any of the responses and just waits.

    I have set it up so the first of my intents starts with hello

    I am interested in the paid version of this plug-in but want to be assured it will work and will also not be very slow, I would like the messages to come up quite quickly – is this all something we can control?

    Hi,

    The WPBot does not require you to import anything to the ChatBot. Once you complete the Integration process following the steps in the DialogFlow section, it will automatically check your Df agent for matching intents. After adding the Project ID and service key, save the settings and click the Test Dialogflow connection button to make sure integration is working.

    I am not sure how you configured it. The free version has no option to skip greetings (asking for name). The pro version has the feature to Skip greeting and load an Intent.

    Hi,

    Sorry I just used the wrong language I did mean the configuration.

    I have tested the connection and it is working, but nothing comes up.

    I configured it so the ‘welcome’ intent responds to a greeting and then provides quick reply options, but this just lags and doesn’t come up.

    The first intent is a quick reply do quick replies work in the free version?

    I have not configured it to skip greetings, is there any way to know if the setup will work with the pro version before purchasing?

    Go it. You added quickreplies in welcome intent. WPBot free version does not support quick replies yet. The pro version supports quick replies, rich card responses.

    With the free version, you can test with text responses.

    Fantastic, thanks for explaining – that clears things up.

    I managed to call some of the simple text responses so looks like that is all working ok!

    How would I go about gaining the pro version? I can see on quantum cloud website I can make the purchase, how would I install the pro version? – is it a download or a license key?

    Sounds good.

    After purchase, download the pro version pkg from your account on your website. Delete the free version from the plugins page and upload the pro version. Your data and settings will be safe.

    Then use the activation key emailed to you from the Help and License page.
