we initially got the missing addtocart error then it disappeared on its own the next day then the following day we got these 3 errors https://imgur.com/7hkd7zv
we tested using the pixel helper as you have recommended and there are no problems. any thoughts on this?

    Hello,

    1. False positive, probably triggered by bots.

    2. You can enable value for all WooCommerce events from the plugin’s WooCommerce page, assuming you use our default WooCommerce events.
AddToCart value is not mandatory, you need it only if you optimise for AddToCart or if you use value-based LLA starting from AddToCart.

    3. False positive. It can be triggered by some cache.

@pixelyoursite looks like most of the errors comes and goes but this one is the longest one so far at 87 days https://i.imgur.com/oGYGRK1.png

Im not sure where this is happening but if I guess it must be on the chekout as it is the only place where people enter their address however fb pixel helper does not show any errors. any ideas on this one?

It means that sometimes, for some of the PageView events, some of the match key parameters are invalid. Maybe these events are fired by bots, maybe it’s another thing.

You won’t be able to see it while testing, since your match key will most likely work just fine, like it happens for the vast majority of your traffic.

@pixelyoursite thanks for your help so far. maybe just some final words on these issues? do we just ignore them and treat them as false positives since they just come and go? are there further steps you could recommend for us to take?

    Thanks again!

You can ignore it, and there are no further steps I can recommend.
