DHL plugin breaks YITH WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts

  • I’m using YITH Discount plugin to apply a discount to some products. Having DHL plugin enabled still allows the product to be shown, but removes the discount from the cart. The discount is now never applied.

    I’m not using DHL to add any price changes, but it still breaks the other plugin.

    Consider the plugin in the link. It shows a discount, but when I add it to the cart is is gone. Ive disabled all other plugins to test this, and the DHL plugin is the one that causes the issue.

    Please help.

    Can you confirm you are using the “DHL for WooCommerce” plugin and not another DHL plugin? The plugin does not touch any product pricing, so I am not sure how it would break any discounts.

    What error do you receive? Do you have a screenshot?

    I do not receive any error. There is also nothing to take a screenshot of. The discount just does not show up. I’ve only found out the conflict with this plugin by disabling all other plugins.

    I’ve disabled the plugin for now, as we are dealing with a live site. But I would still like a solution.

    extra info: The discount does not show up on only the cart and checkout page. It works on the rest of the site. But even If I try to pay for the discounted products, it uses the original price.
