DHL Methods Not Showing Up

    Hi,
    we are currently using your basic version of plugin, but planning to go to premium after initial testing.

    Please if you can help us – we cannot determine why DHL rates are not showing neither on cart page or the checkout page.

    Please make sure you have changed the API mode to live and also under the Rates and services Tab, enable show account rates option,

    Let me know if you still face issues.
